Terms and Conditions

Important information about registration, payment, and participation in Immunisation Coalition courses.

By registering for a course offered by the Immunisation Coalition (IC), you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Registration

  • Registration must be completed online via the official Immunisation Coalition
    website or authorised event portal.
  • Each participant must provide accurate personal and professional details
    upon registration.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once registration is successfully completed
    and payment is received.

2. Course Fees and Payment

  • All course fees are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Immunisation Coalition via email.
  • If cancellation is received:
    • More than 14 days prior to course start: 100% refund (minus any transaction fees).
    • 7–14 days prior: 50% refund.
    • Less than 7 days: No refund available.

4. Course Changes and Cancellations by the Immunisation Coalition

  • The Immunisation Coalition reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.
  • IC is not responsible for any associated costs incurred by participants in the event of cancellation.

5. Certificates and Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

  • Where applicable, participants will receive a certificate of completion or attendance.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the course is recognised by their relevant professional body for CPD purposes.

6. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with the Immunisation Coalition’s Privacy Policy.
  • Information may be used to issue course certificates, contact participants about course updates, or offer future education opportunities.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials are the intellectual property of the Immunisation Coalition or its contributors and are provided for individual educational use only.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
